Policies

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your Hope Pails purchase, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or full refund on defective products.  We do not offer refunds on custom orders which include personalization as well as custom themed gift pails.  We are happy to exchange or refund for products that are in original packaging within 7 days from purchase date/arrival to ordered destination.  All items returned must be within original packaging with all items in gift pails in tact and no items missing.  We want you to be happy and enjoy your Hope Pail products.  We will do all that we can to make the situation right.  That is the Hope Pail guarantee!
